Being Icelandic, How long do I have to live in the UK to be able to pay the same

student fees as UK citisens? I've been here for 5 years, both graduating from university and working for 3 years. My official residency is in Iceland though. but I have physically lived in the UK since 2000. paying bills, counciltaxes and stuff
