I doubt you would get a student loan from the UK. You may like to write to potential employers advising them of your goals, but they will take a lot of convincing to sponsor you.

No use applying in the U K. You are seeking a BA of Commerce. Which area of commerce. Right now apply to the Personnel Director of Marks & Spencer in the country where you wish to work. They have limited resources for overseas persons, with long term potential. It is best to apply early, with as many details as possible - but, be brief and concise. Make your application interesting - NOT boring. List your main interests and hobbies. Then list your main objectives. Have fun doing it - your enthusiasm will come over in your text.

JOLLY GOOD LUCK TO YOU.
