I know that I am restricted from managing any comapny during my 12 months period. But my wife knows little of the business she wants to go into. I wanted us both to be employees and my wife the only shareholder. But I am worried that my adminstrator and my creditiors think I am basically running a company in my wife's name!! That will not be the case. The case will be that I am only an emplyee of the company but have an active role within it only as an emplyee.....
Could anyone help shine a light on this topic?
