Default BANKRUPTCY SERVICES HELP PLS :) Has anybody had any feedback from bankruptcy services

Hi All,

Ok here goes after seeking advise I basicaly have to go bankrupt I owe 18k and my incommings are less than my outgoings without the debts on top. This was all due to being layd off at work and taking a lower paid job.

As I said, have had advise from CAB and debt helpline and is really my only option have been googling around and there seems to be a few bankruptcy services that do the court paperwork and deal with your debtors aswell during the process, as im not very good at things like this sounds like a great idea!! of cors they charge a small fee.

Has anybody had any doings with these companys as they all seem to be internet based and you dont really know what your getting yourself in for.

The 2 i have been in contact with today:

Bankruptcy clinic.
Bains And Earnst.

They all seem to charge around the same fees but any reviews/feedback would be valued...........

Sorry about the poor grammer and spelling

Thanks Again

Jay
