Default Iam divorced and my former husband is going to be made bankrupt ,does this affect...
...me,we have no ties at all.? When we were divorced i got the lions share of the sale of the home as i was looking after the children,the new home ive got is just in my name only.

If no shared rights in property or any other savings etc. you are not affected
