Default If you've been there, what advice can you give someone who's about to go bankrupt...
...(in the UK)? My friend has unmanagebale debts from a failed self-employed business, is living in a privately rented flat and is now unemployed. He has about a month to plan for bankruptcy... what useful and positive advice can you give?
