Default debt eliminatiom

a company has told me that they could get credit card debts written off by looking at original agreements and finding fault with them, and making the debt unenforcable. does anyone know if this is possible.

Hi, you know that if something sounds too good to be true then it usually is. Credit card agreements are usually well written contracts and I would imagine if such a loophole existed it would be widely exploited.
