Default High court writ.

Hello, i have recently received a letter from a company that is dealing with a debt for unpaid rent that me and my partner fell into with our old property.
We made repeated attempts at contacting the person we owed the money too, but our results were unsuccessful. During this time this debt company sent us a letter saying that they had a 'High court writ' and that we needed to contact them, we did this and the agent from the company sent us two payment options for us to make, we had five days too make a decision and pay the money owed. The letter with the options was sent 20/04/2011.
Today we received a phone call from the agent saying that he was coming tomorrow, 23/04/2011 to take our good. During this call he told me that the 'High court writ' enabled him to break into the property if we did not let him in.
As far as i understand it, the writ does not allow him to enter our home forcefully (breaking a window or lock).

Is this guy telling the truth? Because we want to make a payment plan, but this guy is breaking the deadline date, and saying he will break into our house.
Can he break in? Or do i have to let him in?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. We are a little worried.
Thanks in advance.
