My ever kept philosophy when it comes to my finances is: "live within your means"
Yes I have a credit card but I don't use it often. I pay cash in almost all of my purchases. I only use credit card when really necessary. When I go buy some stuff I leave my credit card at home and bring just enough money for my purchases so that I won't be tempted to impulse buying. I just had a regular job three months ago but with God's help I've helped my family financially and I am up to buy a lot next month..

I guess my philosophy did work..
