Default Has anyone had a problem with being charged a large electricbill after

being on a set budget account. i.e an account where one pays a set amount each month based on estimated usage .I am with N Power and they have billed me £1100 for a year of under estimating. They are saying we should Have phoned them with a phone reading...we did not know this. Now they want to cut us off... anyone else had dealings similar to this? What did you do? We have phoned energy watch , all they do is put us through to N Powers complaints dept. grrrrrrrrrrrrr

mine wasnt to that extent,but i moved and thought i wouldnt have much of a bill but wow betide i had £410 outstanding ive paid direct debits for the past 4 yrs and direct debits did increase over time i was furious as they said my electric was set wrong whos fault was this i ask? not mine if they did their jobs right then i wouldnt have a bill i told them as its not my fault they can have £10 week and no more the cheek of them!!! by the way i was with npower ive now changed to southern electric
