I had my credit card cloned and they spent £1200, i was lucky because the card was used in a few shops in spain and i was in the uk at the time, which i could prove,it amazes me because i had only used my credit card twice since getting it ,once online and once in B&Q ,so it must have been easy for the credit card company to find who cloned it, the credit card company after some time gave me my money back.

Take the advice to get credit cards for bad credit construction, but if the bad credit information report is not yours, is a challenge. If not removed, have a lawyer.
