Default What to do if I am refinancing and my mortgage company goes out of...
...business in process of my loan? They took my application/appraisal fee on my credit card and then 2 days later said they are closing up. They didn't do the appraisal yet.

They probably knew before your money was taken. I would get an attorney, they are still responsible for finishing the job since they finished the transaction.
