I agree looks a bit dodgey, however we may be able to help. With Us you can continue to own your property but we will take over all responsibility for the mortgage and will find tenants. In return we will allow you to keep the house (your name will be on the deed) but we will be completely responsible for upkeep and mortgage payments.
