hi there

we had someone who used our address to fund a loan and is no longer resident at our place

debt companies still keep ringing up at odd occasions in quite a rude manner not listening to what is the actual truth

my question to the forum is where do you as the home owner but not the debter actually handle these callers ?????

I would contact the debt company by letter advising them of what you've just said !! by letter preferably
